Description

The BLONDME Blonde Lifting is a toning base designed for pre-lightened hair and natural base shades at level 6 or lighter. The content of ammonia is significantly reduced for the protection of the hair.

How to use: Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after the preparation of the mixture. Combine with the oxidant in 1: 1 proportions.

Result: Lightened, neutralized blond hair in a pastel shade.
